What it does
Feedback piles up fast, and the loudest voice wins. A request that came from five people over three months looks like five small asks. A feature that is easy to build gets a yes, and the roadmap fills with things that cost more than anyone counted. This agent keeps the count for you. Each week it adds new feedback to a running tally, counts different people instead of messages, and rules each request yes, later or no against your product aim. If new users are dropping off, it looks into that first, because a new feature rarely helps people who leave early. If the yes list is too long for one cycle, it scores and ranks it. It never edits your roadmap or replies to anyone on its own. You get one proposed change and short reply drafts to approve.
You give it
- This week's feedback, with who said it and the date
- Your current roadmap and how much room the next cycle has
- What the product is for and who it is not for, the first time
- This week's product numbers, such as visits, sign-ups and 30-day users (optional)
- Your results (optional)
- Spreadsheet (optional)
- A buyer brief (optional)
You get
- Each request with a yes, later or no, how many different people asked and one reason
- A proposed roadmap change, each line with its reason
- Short reply drafts with no promised date
- The numbers and requests to watch next week
Use it when
- Feedback, support notes and requests pile up and you want the same fair sort every week.
- The same request keeps coming back and you want to know how many different people asked.
- Sign-ups look fine but fewer new people stay, and you want that checked before you build more.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the agent. In Claude Code, add it as a skill or save it in .claude/agents, then ask it to triage this week's feedback.
- Put the week's feedback and your roadmap in one folder, or attach them in the chat.
- The first time, give it your product aim. It saves that and keeps the tally in a feedback folder.
- Read the rulings and the roadmap change. Say yes to the lines you agree with, and send the replies yourself or ask it to prepare them.
- Run it again next Monday. It adds to the same tally.
