What it does
One set of plans can sound wrong when it reaches the wrong reader. Here you turn your roadmap into a story that fits who is reading it: a board, an engineering team or your customers. First you pick a format. Now, Next, Later suits uncertain plans. A timeline suits fixed dates. A theme roadmap groups work by problem. Then the update is framed for the audience. Executives get outcomes, risks and decisions needed. Engineers get scope, order and blockers. Customers get what is live now and what is coming. It also writes release notes in user terms or internal terms, builds a changelog from git history, and checks every piece against a short quality list.
You give it
- Your plans, initiatives or feature list
- The audience: executives, engineers or customers
