What it does
A score for how exposed your business is to AI, on ten points, and a 90-day plan to defend it. It finds where pressure from AI breaks your model first. Tell it your industry, your type of business and, if you like, a named company. Each point is scored from 0 to 10: jobs AI can replace, how customers reach you, whether your expertise becomes free, pricing pressure, supply chain change, your data advantage, trust with customers, and more. A strong moat shows up as a low score. The result ranks your weakest spots and sets out an action plan for the next three months. It is strategy for planning, not audited research or investment advice.
