What it does
Most plans to grow lean on the people who already buy from you: more loyalty, more upsells. But in most categories the bulk of buyers are light ones who buy only now and then, and the largest source of new sales is more of them, not more from the few. This skill counts everyone who buys your category, how many buy from you and how often. It lists the moments when people buy and what brings a brand to mind in each. It then checks the two ways you can lose a sale: the buyer does not think of you, or cannot easily find and buy you. It also lists your recognisable cues, such as colours, names and sounds, and ends with one fix aimed at reaching more buyers.
You give it
- Your brand file with what you sell, who buys and how (required)
- Sales data, with buyers, orders and how often each buys (optional)
- Notes on your buyers or a buyer profile (optional)
- Your results (optional)
You get
- A count of buyers by how often they buy, light buyers included
- The buying moments and what brings a brand to mind in each
- A check of where you are hard to think of and hard to buy
- The three biggest gaps and one fix that reaches new buyers
Use it when
- Your plan to grow is mostly about keeping the customers you have.
- You spend on marketing but cannot say who it is meant to reach.
- Sales are flat and you suspect people simply do not think of you when they need what you sell.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste your brand file, then a sales summary with the number of buyers, orders and repeat rate.
- Add what you know about when and why people buy in your category, even if it is rough.
- Read the three gaps first. Check anything marked MISSING by asking ten recent buyers.
- Pick the fix and run it as a small test with a number to hit and a date.
