What it does
Many missions say "leading provider of innovative solutions". They fit any company, so they guide nobody. A good mission lets a new hire choose between two tasks, and tells a customer why you exist. This skill starts with the duty of your work: what good it does for the people it serves. It names those people and what they can do afterwards that they could not before. It cuts adjectives and keeps one verb, sets a long plan in stages with dates, and says what the business will not do for growth. It then plans the announcement, including a spoken version, so the team hears it from you and can answer.
