What it does
If your store buys stock before it sells, your cash is stuck in boxes for a while. How long it is stuck sets how fast you can grow, because ads and the next order both need cash. The question is which change frees the most. This skill builds one small model of your store. Then it changes one thing at a time: what a customer costs to win (CAC), order value (AOV), the markup you really sell at, how many buyers come back, how much stock sells in the first 30 days, and your fixed running costs. It shows cash at day 0, 30, 60 and 180, because small changes take two to six months to show. It then runs the best two or three together. The score says how much of your cash gap those moves close, and how solid your data is.
You give it
- Your monthly P&L for the last three months, split into new and returning customers
- Stock value, the purchase schedule and lead time
- CAC (from store totals), AOV and the share of revenue from returning customers
- 30-day sell-through by product, and your fixed running costs
- Starting cash and the cash gap, if you know it (optional)
- Your results (optional)
You get
- Cash at day 0, 30, 60 and 180 for each of six levers
- The levers ranked by cash freed, with net income change shown apart
- The best two or three to combine, and what to track for 90 days
- A score out of 100 and how it was worked out
Use it when
- Your bank balance is low even though sales are up, and you do not know where to look first.
- You are choosing between cutting costs, raising prices, trimming products or lowering CAC.
- You plan to grow ad spend but stock keeps eating the cash.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste three months of P&L and your stock numbers. Say which numbers come from your books and which are guesses.
- Tell it how far you think you can move each lever, such as a CAC cut or a price rise.
- Read the ranking and the combination. Pick two or three moves, not six.
- Track the numbers it lists for 90 days before you judge the result.
Workflows that use it
- Plan the cash for your next stock order
- Monthly budget variance review
- Monthly profit close
- Weekly stock and cash reorder watcher
