What it does
Words like "premium", "smooth" and "high quality" give a shopper nothing to see. They skim past, and any rival could print the same line. Specific copy is believed more, because it can be checked. This skill puts each line through three tests: can you picture it, can it be proved true or false, and could nobody else say it. A line that fails gets walked from the vague word down to something you could point at, such as a place, a number, a material or a step. Every rewrite rests on a fact you gave it. If you didn't give a detail, the skill marks it "confirm" and never makes it up. Short lines get the three tests. Whole product descriptions get a sense-by-sense rewrite as well.
You give it
- The line, ad or product description to improve
- True product facts: materials, sizes, process, numbers, how it is made and used
- One real customer, or a few rival lines (optional)
- Claims you must not make (optional)
You get
- Pass or fail on each of the three tests, with the reason
- A zoom ladder from each vague word down to something concrete
- Two or three rewrites, each with the fact it rests on
- A side-by-side table (vague line, specific line, fact behind it) and a list of details to confirm
Use it when
- Your headline or product page says "better", "easy" or "high quality" and you can't say what that means.
- An ad line could be word for word on a rival's page.
- You have true facts about your product (materials, process, numbers) that your copy doesn't use yet.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste the copy you want improved.
- Paste the true facts you have. Add the source for every number, such as a lab report, a spec sheet or a supplier email.
- List any claims you can't make, for example health or earnings claims.
- Check every item marked "confirm". Fix or delete it before the copy goes live.
