What it does
Everything original starts out ugly. If you judge it against finished work, you kill ideas that only needed time. But some projects are not early. They are stuck, and every month of waiting costs more. From the outside the two look the same. This skill separates them with four checks. Is it better than its own last version? Did the last round of notes change anything? Do the people working on it still believe the problems can be solved? Is hurry, and not the idea, causing the rough state? It then gives one of four calls: keep protecting, change the approach, change the lead and keep the idea, or stop.

How to use it
