What it does
The hardest questions your board could ask, plus the answers you need ready. Most board prep rehearses the friendly meeting. This one prepares for the sharp one, where members have seen dozens of companies and can tell when a deck hides something. First it lists the numbers you must know cold, such as monthly revenue, burn, runway, churn, headcount and pipeline, and drills you until you can say them without looking. Then, for each agenda item, it writes the tough version of the question, like what failed when you missed revenue by 20 percent. Last, it builds a story that names the weak spots, shows a plan, and keeps the room's trust.
