What it does
A people report that leadership will read and act on. Share your HR data and the questions you face, and get the right metrics, a dashboard layout and a monthly report that tells a clear story. It starts by matching metrics to your goals, then defines each one exactly, such as time to fill, turnover rate and cost per hire, so everyone counts the same way. It looks at turnover data for the causes of people leaving and for early signs of flight risk. It lays out dashboards for different readers, like executives and recruiters, and gives plain tips for charts non-HR people can follow. It also covers data quality checks, privacy rules for people data and simple forecasts.
