What it does
A one-page prep sheet for a legal meeting, so you walk in knowing the background, the issues and what to ask. Name the meeting. The skill works out its type, such as a deal review, board session, vendor call or dispute, then decides what prep that type needs. It gathers context from connected sources, lists attendees and their interests, flags open issues and approvals, and suggests questions for you to ask. After the meeting it helps you capture action items and owners. It supports your preparation and is not legal advice, so check the facts before you rely on them.
