What it does
A call on whether a meeting should happen at all, with the cost in dollars, and a timed agenda only if it passes. Most meetings should be an email, and this makes that easy to prove. Three small Python scripts do the work. The first multiplies people, minutes and pay rate, adds the cost of lost focus, and checks that there is a decision, an agenda and an owner. No decision means send a memo. The second builds a decision-first agenda, refuses topics with no outcome, and keeps a five-minute closing slot. The third turns raw notes into a checklist by owner and flags any action with no owner or date.
You give it
- Attendee count, length and average pay rate
- The decision the meeting should reach
- Topics with desired outcomes and owners
- Raw meeting notes for the action list (optional)
You get
- A meet or send-a-memo verdict
- The meeting cost in dollars
- A timed, decision-first agenda
- An action checklist with owners and due dates
Use it when
- You are asked to join a recurring meeting and doubt it is worth the time.
- You need an agenda that fits in 45 minutes and ends with decisions.
- You want to show your boss what a weekly sync really costs.
- You have messy notes and need a list of who does what by when.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can run code.
Workflows that use it
- Prepare a clear client project kickoff
- Prepare a small team offsite
- Run a meeting worth holding, from agenda to action items
- Weekly meeting action tracker
