What it does
Instead of jumping to a feature, you get a one-page map that runs from the result you want down to the tests you will run. Every branch ties back to what customers actually said or did. You name one outcome with a number, such as lifting 7-day retention to 40 percent. The skill lists customer needs under it, written as "I struggle to...". It scores each need by importance times how unsatisfied people are, then asks for several solution ideas per need, not just the first. Under the best ideas it adds small, cheap tests that put real skin in the game. The tree stays focused on one outcome at a time so the team does not wander.
