What it does
Slow processes rarely come from slow people. Work sits in queues, waits for approval or gets made before the next step needs it. Because each step looks busy, no one sees the long gaps between them. This skill writes down each step with work time and wait time and totals the whole time line from the customer order to the money. It marks each step as value or waste using the standard list of wastes, finds the worst one and asks who asked for each step. It deletes before it improves, and picks one change to try on one step first.
