What it does
Your supplier deals tracked in one place, with the renewal dates, the terms worth pushing for and a way to catch missed promises. You stop finding out about an auto-renewal after it has happened. The skill sets up a contract lifecycle from draft to renewal. It prepares you for negotiation by comparing pricing models and key terms, adds service levels with penalty structures, and tracks each obligation with upcoming and overdue checks. It also monitors spend against what was agreed, and offers a renewal decision framework. Python examples are included for the tracking and analysis.

- Renewal dates
- Performance or spend data (optional)
- Your negotiation goals (optional)
You get
