What it does
Name a vendor and get one page of what you have signed with them, what is missing and what ends soon. The skill takes the vendor's name and handles variations such as a trade name versus a legal name or a parent company. It searches your connected contract system, CRM, email and document storage, in that order. It collects active, expired and pending agreements plus amendments, and notes the account owner and recent contract emails. Then it compares what it found against what a vendor like this should have, such as a master agreement, a data processing agreement and work orders, and lists the gaps with upcoming expiry dates. Check the original documents, since it is not legal advice.
