What it does
Many people get paid for their hours and nothing else. They do good work, but when they stop, the money stops. They also pick partners on a good first meeting, then find out years later that the person cuts corners. And they often do not know what they know that others do not, because to them it feels ordinary. The steps take these in order. First it finds your specific knowledge, the things you know or do that cannot be taught in a class, and gives you a small public test for each. Then it splits your income into pay tied to hours and pay that is not, and turns one skill into something you own, such as a plan, course or tool. How to use it
