What it does
Hard feedback often fails in one of two ways. It is so soft the person never hears it, or so blunt they stop listening. This prompt writes the note in between. It starts from something you honestly value, joins the praise to the change with "and", asks for one thing by one date, and gives the person a way to fix it with their standing intact. If you have no true praise, it says so and asks you for some. It will not make any up.
