What it does
What people ask, complain about and want, in their own words, pulled from social comments. Use it for product research, content ideas, copy and objection handling. You give it a post or video link from TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit or Rumble. It fetches the comments and replies, paging through for depth if you want it. Then it sorts them into questions, complaints, buying signals, misunderstandings and repeated phrases, and keeps the exact wording. It collects data from websites through an API, so it needs a data service account.
