What it does
Pieces that try to say too many things leave the audience with a blur. They finish, and nobody can say what they felt. Short forms cannot carry more than one big feeling. This skill picks the one effect first and sets the length to fit one sitting. It chooses the tone at the peak and finds a phrase or image that can repeat and shift meaning each time. It writes the ending before anything else, then ranks earlier beats from mild to strong so each one steps up toward it. Any beat that outshines the ending is weakened. The opening is written to lean toward the effect, and the setting is narrowed to one room or one moment.
You give it
- The feeling you want, and the form
- The facts, people or setting you want to use (optional)
- Length and where it is read or heard (optional)
You get
- The effect in one sentence, with length and tone
- A phrase or image that returns and changes meaning
- The ending written first, then the beats in order up to it
- An opening line and a narrowed setting
Use it when
- You are writing a short story, speech, ad or film and it has no single feeling.
- You know how you want people to feel at the end and need a way to get there.
- Your piece peaks in the middle and the ending feels like an afterthought.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Say the feeling you want and the form.
- Paste the material you want to use, if any.
- Give the length, such as 600 words or two minutes.
- Read the ending aloud first. If it does not give the feeling, fix it before the rest.
