What it does
One short file about your product that every other marketing task reads first, so you stop repeating yourself. It holds what you sell, who buys it, how you are positioned, and how your brand sounds. Claude checks whether the file already exists. If it does, it shows what is captured and asks what changed. If not, it walks you through questions on product, ideal customer, competitors, pain points, voice and goals, then writes the file. A change log and version number record each update, and you can add short notes on what you learned. The file lives in an agents folder in your project.
