What it does
A support inbox fills faster than one person can empty it. The urgent ticket sits under twenty routine ones, replies get shorter and colder as the day goes on, and a promise gets made in one email that nobody can keep. Next week the same twenty questions are back, because the answer lives only in a sent folder. This workflow clears the pile in order. It sorts every ticket and ranks it by how much harm a slow reply would do. It drafts a full reply for each in your voice, then checks every promise against what you can actually do and every line for tone, and repairs the ones that fail. You read and send. Then it writes a help page for each solved problem: the steps, what the customer should see, and what to do if it fails.
You give it
- The open tickets, pasted as they came in, with dates
- How you want to sound, or two replies you were happy with
- What you can and cannot offer (refunds, replacements, discounts)
- Reviews or complaints that give the full customer story (optional)
- Customer words (optional)
You get
- Every ticket classified, ranked and routed, with a first line
- A full reply per ticket, checked for promises, facts and tone, ready for you to send
- A help page for each solved problem
Use it when
- You have more than thirty open tickets and no idea which to answer first.
- The same five questions make up half your inbox.
- You are about to hand support to someone new and want answers written down.
Steps
- Support ticket sorter: Give it incoming tickets. Get each one classified, ranked by severity, routed and given a first reply.
- Customer reply drafter: Describe the customer's situation. Get a reply in the right tone, plus notes on what to check before you send it.
- Angry customer reply checker: Paste the complaint and your draft reply. Get promises, facts and tone checked, plus a repaired draft.
- Solved-ticket help page writer: Give it a solved ticket. Get a help article with steps, what you should see, and a fix for next time.
How to use it
- Download the handoff pack. It's a zip with HANDOFF.md and every skill file this workflow uses.
- Give the folder to Claude (in Claude Code, or as files in a Claude Project) and say "Follow HANDOFF.md".
- Paste the tickets and what you can offer. It sorts them and drafts and checks a reply for each.
- Read the replies, change any you want, and send the ones you approve. Mark which are solved.
- Say which tickets are solved. It writes a help page for each problem.
