What it does
Most offers are built from what the owner already does. The buyer is weighing something else: will it work for me, how long will it take, and how much will it cost me in effort. Every worry you leave unanswered is a reason to wait. So the offer ends up looking like everyone else's, and the buyer compares on price. The steps fix this by building from the buyer's side. First it lists every problem between the buyer and the result and turns each into a promise. Then it finds many ways to deliver each promise and cuts the list by cost and value, so nothing important is left unanswered and nothing costs too much. The bundles are scored on the four things buyers value and given a price that is a small share of what the result is worth. The order follows Alex Hormozi's $100M Offers.

How to use it
- Download the handoff pack. It's a zip with HANDOFF.md and every skill file this workflow uses.
- Give the folder to Claude (in Claude Code, or as files in a Claude Project) and say "Follow HANDOFF.md".
- Share your buyer and product. It lists the problems. Fix any that are wrong before it moves on.
- Tell it the hours and cash you can give. It trims the offer to fit.
- Check the worth figure in the price step. It uses your buyer's numbers, so correct any you doubt.
