What it does
Most "where is my order" (WISMO) tickets are not complaints. They come from customers who were told nothing. Each one costs an agent about 3 to 5 minutes, so a store with 100 such tickets a day loses 5 to 8 hours of work to lookups. This skill starts by measuring: your WISMO rate, and how often parcels arrive inside the date you promised. It then builds the date from your handling time and real carrier times, with a little padding so you usually beat it. It writes four automatic messages (confirmed, shipped, out for delivery, delayed), plans a tracking page on your own domain, and uses the quiet days to teach first use. Most size claims come from software vendors, so it treats them as direction and tells you what to measure on your own store.
You give it
- Orders per month and the number of tickets that ask about order status
- Your carrier, handling time and real delivery times by lane or zone
- Your current shipping emails and tracking links (optional)
- Your email or SMS tool, such as Klaviyo or Shopify notifications (optional)
You get
- Your WISMO rate and delivery accuracy, each rated against a limit
- A delivery date rule that pads your real times
- A four-message update flow with timing and copy
- A tracking page plan and a script for delayed parcels
Use it when
- Your support inbox is full of "where is my order" emails.
- Customers get only the carrier's tracking link and nothing from your store.
- Parcels are often late and you only hear about it when someone is angry.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste your monthly orders, the count of order-status contacts and what your carrier really delivers by region.
- Paste your current shipping emails if you have them, and say which tool sends them.
- Build the date rule and the email flow first. Add a branded tracking page only if your order volume covers the monthly fee.
- Re-measure after 30 days and move on when WISMO is under 5 percent of orders and accuracy is above 90 percent.
