What it does
One ranked picture of what customers need, built from tickets, surveys, calls and reviews, so the loudest person does not decide your roadmap. The skill treats each channel differently, because support tickets show friction, sales calls show missing features, and surveys show broad mood. It weighs a signal by source quality, how often it appears and how relevant it is to the decision. That avoids two traps: giving the loudest voice the win, and averaging everything equally. You get themes with counts, which segment raised each one, and a short list of what to act on. It also helps audit a feedback process that makes volume but no decisions.
You give it
- Feedback exports from tickets, surveys or calls
- Customer segment or plan for each item (optional)
- The decision you are making (optional)
You get
- Themes ranked by weighted signal
- Counts by source and segment
- A short list of actions
- Notes on weak or noisy channels
Use it when
- Feedback comes from five places and nobody reads all of it.
- A big customer keeps pushing for one feature.
- You want to prove a theme is common, not one angry email.
- Your team collects feedback but never acts on it.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
