What it does
A recruiting campaign that earns applications instead of just posting a job. Tell it the role, how many people you need, the time you have and who you want to reach. It builds a plan with channels, a budget split, a content calendar for your careers pages and social feeds, and messages for each candidate type, including active seekers and people who are not looking. It writes job ad copy for conversion: clear, free of jargon and not stuffed with impossible requirements. It also drafts several headlines to test against each other and sets measures from impressions to applications to hires, so you can show what worked.
