What it does
Many marketing plans start with the fun part: the posts, the emails, the ads. The questions that should come first, such as who you are selling to and why they would choose you, are skipped or answered by opinion. Then tactics get changed every month because nothing says what they are for. This skill puts the plan in the order that works: diagnose the market, choose a target and a position, set objectives, then pick tactics. It marks tactics with nothing above them, checks product and price as well as promotion, and lists the research to do rather than guessing. The score counts how many of six checks the plan passes, and shows each one.
