What it does

Buyers remember a purchase better when you start with what they did, not with what they think. An order record already holds some of it: the day, the time, the device, what else was in the basket, and what it cost. If you read those facts to the buyer first, they correct you and fill in around them, and the memory comes back. This is the store version of the Buying story interview guide. The call is built like a short documentary: when did you first think about this, what happened that day, who else was involved, what did you do next. It never asks about features. Before each call, the sheet is pre-filled from the order and lists the gaps to ask about. After five to eight calls, it helps you group the stories by similar struggle.

How to use it

  1. Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
  2. Ask buyers first. Only buyers who agreed to a call go on your list. Keep names and contact details in your own mail, not in this chat.
  3. Paste the order list using a buyer code for each, such as B1 and B2. Say what the product replaced.
  4. Run the calls within a few weeks of the purchase. Fill in the timeline as you talk.
  5. After five to eight calls, paste your timelines back and ask for the pattern note.
