What it does
Every ad runs out of road. Spend climbs, hits a limit, then slides as the same people see it again or the ad was too like your others. Most stores push harder or make a brand new ad, which is slow and costly. Often the body of the ad is still fine. What wore out is the first few seconds. This skill finds the cause first: a stale ad, or an audience that is too small. It sets a pace that fits your stock and cash, so a fading winner isn't squeezed past what you can ship. Then it ranks the revival moves and writes new hooks for the same body. Each hook changes one of four things: the angle, the offer, who says it or the format. Ten hooks cost far less than ten new ads, because a hook is a few seconds of a long video.
You give it
- Spend and ROAS by week for the ad, plus frequency and audience size if you have them
- The ad's transcript and metrics, so it can keep the body that earned the spend (optional)
- Hooks you have already used (optional)
- Your stock, cash cycle and backup ads
- Who can film, such as staff, customers or creators (optional)
- Transcript (optional)
You get
- A cause call, with the numbers behind it
- Ranked revival moves and a pacing plan that fits your stock
- 10 or more hook briefs, each tagged with the lever it changes (3 for a small budget)
- A shoot list, a test plan with names, and a log of what changed
Use it when
- Your best ad's spend or return is dropping and you don't want to start from zero.
- An agency or a teammate wants to push one winner harder and you're unsure it is wise.
- You have a strong ad body and need a batch of new openers to film in one session.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste the ad's weekly spend and ROAS, its transcript and the hooks you've used. Add your stock position.
- Pick the hook briefs you can film in one session, using different people on camera.
- Put a little spend behind each hook, or post them as trial reels first if the feature is available to you.
- Add budget to the best thumb-stop and hold, and log which lever changed.
