What it does
Strong brands own one word in the buyer's mind. Ask what a leader stands for and most people answer in one word. A word that one rival already holds is almost impossible to take, and attacking it often makes that rival's claim stronger. Some words, like quality or service, can't be owned by anyone because every rival claims them and none would say the opposite. This skill gathers each rival's own words (taglines, headlines) and buyer words (reviews), and picks the word that appears most for each. It marks every word as taken, contested or open. It lists the claims every rival makes, which are empty. For the leader, it finds the opposite attribute that someone could hold. You get a table and a short list of open words to test in "Ownable word picker".
